Yes, that is possible. Only natural ingredients are used as sweeteners like fruits, dates, or (as a non-vegan option) honey. The flour in the recipes is mostly whole grain spelt flour.
Apart from the honey, that can be replaced with agave syrup very well, the recipes are completely vegan. Dairy products are not replaced by soy products (that often contain many additives), but by simple homemade creams from nuts and other real ingredients.
