By the way, the recipe is inspired from my mother who used to make similar coconut balls when I was child. I remember her making them for my numerous birthday parties. She always prepared these parties so well. They’re just wonderful childhood memories for me.

plant-based (vegan), sugar-free, soy-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, raw

Level of difficulty: very easy
- 200 g/7 oz dates, stoned
- 60 g/2.1 oz and 3 tbsp grated coconut
- 4 tbsp and 3 tbsp cocoa powder
Blend all the ingredients except 3 tbsp grated coconut and 3 tbsp cocoa powder adding a pinch of salt and approx. 80 ml water. Form small balls out of the resulting mass. You can turn half of the balls in 3 tbsp grated coconut and the other half in 3 tbsp cocoa powder.
